Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees you pay to Loominfo Limited for WorkVib. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Trial and evaluation
Where a free trial or free plan is offered, you can evaluate WorkVib before paying. Trial length and available features may vary by plan or promotion.
2. No refund after charge
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise or we approve a discretionary refund, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. This includes monthly fees, annual fees, mid-cycle upgrades, add-ons, seats, and unused time.
You can cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future charges, but it does not refund the current billing cycle.
3. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or modifies a mandatory consumer guarantee, withdrawal right, or refund right under laws such as the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, EU/UK consumer rules, Australian Consumer Law, or equivalent local law.
If you believe a law entitles you to a refund, email support@workvib.com with your account email, charge date, amount, and legal basis for the request.
4. Discretionary refunds
- A duplicate charge caused by our billing error.
- A clear paid-feature malfunction that we cannot remedy in a reasonable time.
- A charge after we discontinued a paid plan or feature you had prepaid for.
- A shutdown of WorkVib while you have prepaid time remaining, in which case we may refund the unused portion pro rata.
Approved refunds are usually issued to the original payment method through Paddle. Bank processing times may vary.
5. Chargebacks
If you raise a card dispute or chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend the account while we investigate. We prefer to resolve billing concerns directly by email.
6. How to request help
Email support@workvib.com with the email address on your WorkVib account, the charge date and amount, and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 14 days.
