One Workspace, Five Apps' Worth of Power: How WorkVib Consolidates Your Stack

Tasks. Chat. Time. Notes. Client sharing. Most teams pay for five separate tools to get these. Here's how WorkVib delivers all of them in one workspace, without the feature compromise.

"All-in-one" usually means "decent at one thing, mediocre at everything else." We refused to ship that. Each module in WorkVib is built to stand on its own — and they get stronger together because they share one database.

Tasks: every method, one schema

Backlog, Sprint, Kanban, List, Calendar, Custom Fields, Sub-tasks, Dependencies, Recurring Tasks, Bulk Actions, AI breakdown. Whatever method your team prefers — Kanban or Timebox — WorkVib supports it natively.

Chat: real-time, channel-based, AI-augmented

Channels. DMs. Threads. Reactions. File attachments. Voice/video calls (Jitsi-powered, no extra license). Plus features Slack doesn't have: AI channel digests, auto-extracted action items, and tight task linking — type /task to convert a message into a tracked task.

Time tracking: invoice-ready

Per-task timers, billable vs non-billable split, per-project rates, CSV export. The reports your accountant actually wants without bouncing through Toggl.

Notes: lightweight knowledge base

Project-attached notes, voice-to-note, AI-summarized voice transcription, sharing with specific teammates or whole projects. Not Notion-grade for long-form docs, but plenty for meeting notes, design rationale, and client briefs.

Client portals: built-in

Magic-link, no signup, per-link permissions. Share status updates, deliverables, billable time. Free per portal, no per-stakeholder seat charge.

The "stronger together" effect

Here's where one workspace wins. Examples:

  • AI standup reads your tasks and your channel messages — impossible across separate tools
  • Workload view rolls up tasks, time logs, and high-priority count for one number per person
  • Sprint retros cite specific task threads and time-log gaps — only possible if both live in the same DB
  • Performance credits auto-award based on completed tasks AND time spent — a true output metric

The honest scope limits

Here's where we don't pretend to compete:

  • Long-form documentation (Notion, Confluence still better — though WorkVib notes are growing)
  • Whiteboarding (Miro/FigJam better — on our roadmap)
  • Customer support tickets (Zendesk/Intercom — different category entirely)

For everything else? One workspace, real power. Read the cost analysis to see what consolidation saves.
